If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
We understand that unexpected things can happen, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule and serve all of our customers to the best of our ability. To ensure you are satisfied with our service, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please note that if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we will need to charge you a cancellation fee of $75 or $50 respectively.
We work with 2-hour estimated time of arrival windows to help us plan our day. This allows us to reach our next client while accounting for traffic and other variables that affect our schedule, such as taking breaks.
If you booked an appointment from 8-10 am, our team will either inform you of their exact arrival time or arrive within that 2-hour window. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact us directly
We always strive to offer our customers the best possible cleaning service and ensure that they feel well taken care of.
Our standard cleaning service includes the exterior cleaning of all appliances, such as the refrigerator, microwave, and oven, dusting and wiping down of all surfaces like tables, countertops, desks, dressers, and so on. We also vacuum and mop (if applicable) all floors in the house, excluding the basement. Cleaning of faucets and sinks is also part of our standard cleaning service. We pay special attention to the bedrooms and bathrooms, as they are heavily used and require thorough cleaning.
We are confident that you will be so satisfied with our services that you will want us back the very next day. And we are happy to arrange that for you!
We offer two types of cleaning services: standard cleaning and deep cleaning.
The standard cleaning includes everything that was mentioned earlier. The deep cleaning is an extra service that can be added during checkout. It includes baseboards, window beams (up to a maximum height of 8ft), air vents, deep scrubbing of bathroom(s), all doors and doorknobs, and wiping down chairs. The interior of appliances is also included in our deep clean.
We take pride in our work and whether you choose a standard or deep cleaning service, we guarantee your satisfaction. Give us a try and you may decide to keep us around for a while. Your space will always be clean!
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer carpet cleaning services, but we hope to do so in the future!
We do include baseboard cleaning in our deep cleaning service, which is an additional service that can be added to our regular cleaning. Our cleaners will use soft microfiber towels and a cleaning solution to hand clean the baseboards around your home. They will ensure that every inch of your baseboards is cleaned thoroughly, leaving them spotless.
The question of how long it takes to clean a house is a common one. However, there is no fixed time limit for this as it depends on various factors such as the size of the house and the amount of cleaning required.
We take pride in our work and focus on maintaining the quality of our services. While we can give you an average estimate, we do not want to be held accountable for it. As a general idea, cleaning a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with two people may take around 3-4 hours, while it could take up to 5-6 hours for a single person. Our aim is to ensure that our work speaks for itself. Therefore, if you notice us still cleaning at a late hour, do not hesitate to ask us to leave.

All of our residential cleaners have at least 2-3 years of experience and are expertly trained in our proprietary cleaning methods.
We conduct thorough background checks on all employees, which includes a nationwide and statewide criminal record check as well as a driver’s license check.
We offer a redo policy that ensures complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we will redo any missed spots or areas free of charge at your convenience.
We use only all-natural products, and we prefer to use Seventh Generation products whenever possible. For our all-purpose heavy cleaner, we use a mixture of vinegar and water.
If you have any specific products you’d like us to use, please leave them in the comments section, and we’ll make sure to accommodate your request. If you’d like us to switch products for the next scheduled cleaning, just send us an email. We like to keep things simple and easy for our customers.
No, we won’t use a heavy all-purpose cleaner unless necessary for tough stains or gunk build-up.
